  • 10PRL Studios is a 6,500 sq ft loft in Long Branch, NJ, featuring mirrored dance studios with natural wood flooring, high ceilings with tons of natural light, and RGB-lit cyc wall for professional photo/video.

  • 10PRL is your third home for your business, passion and creative expression. Enjoy huge discounts on space usage, with a set-it and forget-it payment system, and share an easy google calendar with a like-minded community of arts professionals just like you.

STUDIO A

5,000 sq ft pillar-free studio featuring a pre-lit 20'x22'x12'h cyc wall and corner black wall.

Studio B

1,200 sq ft natural light studio features aged exposed brick and full mirrored wall.

Studio C

800 sq ft natural light studio featuring coffee/tea station, work area, lounge area and kitchenette.

  • $600/month (9-mo minimum. Open enrollment period January 1-30, 2024)

    • Calendar access: Mon-Thurs 6am-11pm, Friday 6am-3pm

    • Studio A, B and C

  • $750/month (9-mo minimum. Open enrollment period January 1-30, 2024)

    • Calendar access: Mon-Thurs 7am-11pm, Friday 7am-3pm

    • Weekend times per request of 10PRL team*

MEMBER APPLICATION FORM

 

For Jan 1, 2024 enrollment. Late enrollment up to Jan 30, 2024, after which date enrollment closes until 2025. All memberships are a 9-month minimum commitment. All member bookings are under 20 guests and are considered shoots, rehearsals, classes or creative gatherings, with the exception of Tier 4 ‘event.’
